What Coaching and Therapy Looks Like With Me
Our sessions are about you and what you need most in the moment. Some weeks may be focused on practical grounding tools you can use when you’re stuck in a comment spiral. Other times, when you’re ready, we’ll use EMDR to process painful memories and release the weight they still carry.
And because everything is remote, you can show up from your own space—whether you’re in sweats between livestreams or in a quiet moment off-camera.
Additional Support Available: Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
For some clients, traditional talk therapy and EMDR aren’t quite enough on their own. That’s where Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) can be a helpful addition.
In KAP, low-dose ketamine is combined with therapy to help you access deeper layers of healing. The medicine creates a state of openness and reflection, making it easier to break through old patterns and see yourself with more compassion.
Preparation: We set intentions and talk through what to expect.
Experience: You take ketamine (usually in lozenge form) in a safe, supported setting. I stay with you throughout to guide and hold space.
Integration: We process what came up and connect it back to your ongoing work in therapy.
KAP isn’t right for everyone, but for some influencers and creators, it can feel like a reset button—helping release the weight of old wounds, soften the inner critic, and build resilience in new ways.
